I work with several contacts that will compete for your business and find you the best type of financing for your situation and the best rates. Getting pre-approved is the first step. After pre-approval we will be able to better assess what price range you are wanting to find your future home in.
Finding your dream home
I will sit down with you and determine your must haves and your wants. I will take the time to filter through the houses that meet your needs, arrange showings that work with your schedule, and preview any homes that match your criteria...saving you time and money. I also will look at any properties that have expired that match your requirements and inquire about the continued availability of the home. I will try to make the home search as convenient as possible.
Negotiating your offer
Once we find the home you're looking for we can submit an offer. During this stage I will determine the fair market value of the home, give you guidance on your offer price and explain the different clauses that come with a contract to buy a home. I will use my experience and expertise to negotatiate on your behalf to ensure you get the best price possible.
There are many steps leading up to closing. Staying on top of the details is essential to ensure a smooth closing. As your Realtor I will keep in contact with all parties involved and ensure things are progressing smoothly. If any hiccups were to arise, I will work tirelessly to rectify any and all issues.
